Let me introduce you our Prata's Fly Me as A Queen (Flora) out of Prata's Flying The Smokey Phoenix x CH Royal Croft Queeny Dee. She is a piece of Prata's legacy to go on. I will start it saying that apples don't fall far from their trees. Therefore, Flora exemplifies quite well our breed standard just as I anticipated her to. She is a flawless mover just like her parents are. She has great hair texture, long neck, a pear shaped and square body. She also has a good face expression and a very well balanced reach and drive. It all topped with that solid and authentic OES temperament we all love. She is even tempered, gentle, sweet, loving and goofy. She is a great dog with one of the best personalities a dog can have. Yes, I am so very proud of her.
Flora has a great pedigree with very high quality OES on it. Her pedigree will lead us to some of the best OES produced globally. A long list of worldwide champions, grand champions and global top winners on her background. She carries those genetics. I am honored to have produced her. She is part of my first generation of bred-by-exhibitor AKC show dogs. Besides conformation, she also brings diversity and low COI to the OES breed. Which means healthier puppies going into our next generations. Through her, I prove my commitment to the betterment of the OES breed.
Besides being beautiful and an excellent dog to our family, Flora is a healthy dog. She is on her way to get her CHIC (Canine Health Information Center) number from OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals). So far she has been tested and passed with good results her BAER test (congenital deafness) and CAER (eye exam).
Flora has also started her AKC show career and she finished her AKC championship in 6 days only (2 weekends) when she was only 9 months old. Flora is a big star just like her mom. Her mom was my first AKC Champion and she also produced our first bred-by AKC Champion. What a great gene on those girls. Flora became an AKC Champion Bitch on November 09th of 2025.
